The Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC) is pleased to present the 2012 Home Care and Hospice Directory, a resource guide to in-home health, hospice and community-based care services in North Carolina. We are very excited about the 2012 Directory, which has been distributed to every hospital, other important referral sources and AHHC members across the State.

More than 1,500 complimentary copies of the CD ROM directory will be shipped this year.

The Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC), formerly the North Carolina Association for Home Care (NCAHC), established in 1972, is a nonprofit, health care trade association which represents nearly 800 leading providers of in-home services, as well as related organizations. The Association represents the collective interests of members by providing educational and idea sharing opportunities, publications and technical assistance, and advocacy to promote the advancement of in-home care.
