The Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC) is pleased to present the 2014 Home Care and Hospice Directory, a resource guide to in-home health, hospice and community-based care services in North Carolina. We are very excited about the 2014 Directory, which has been distributed to every hospital, other important referral sources and AHHC members across the State.

For a quick overview of how to take full advantage of this year’s directory, visit the Support Center. The Support Center is your guide for navigation, printing instructions and more!

The directory contents will also appear on the Association's website at www.homeandhospicecare.org throughout the year. Our site has been placed in over 2000 search engines by our marketing and advertising agency, Millennium Marketing Group, Inc. in Shelby NC. Any concerns or suggestions should be directed to Millennium Marketing at support@homeandhospicecare.org.

To ensure our Online Directory remains a useful resource for the thousands of discharge planners, insurance companies, case workers, government officials, and agency staff across North Carolina, AHHC's Online Directory is updated periodically. However, if a change occurs outside the regular update schedule necessitating a more immediate update, AHHC would be pleased to make changes to your Online Directory listing.
