The directory contents will also appear on the Association's website at www.homeandhospicecare.org throughout the 2002 calendar year. Our site has been placed in over 2000 search engines by marketing agency and and advertising agency, Millennium Marketing Group, Inc. Any problems or suggestions should be directed to support@homeandhospicecare.org. To ensure our Online Directory remains a useful resource for the thousands of discharge planners, insurance companies, case workers, government officials, and agency staff across North Carolina, AHHC's Online Directory is updated periodically. However, if a change occurs outside the regular update schedule necessitating a more immediate update, AHHC would be pleased to make changes to your Online Directory listing. Please complete the “Listing Form”, including the authorizing signature, and return it to AHHC for processing. Complete one (1) form per location and clearly indicated your change. The
Association for Home & Hospice Care of North Carolina (AHHC) is
pleased to present the 2002 Home Care and Hospice Directory, a resource
guide to in-home health, hospice and community-based care services in
North Carolina. We are very excited about the 2002 Directory which has
been distributed, using the latest CD ROM technology, to every hospital,
assisted living provider, licensed HMO, other referral sources, and
AHHC members in the State. Over 1500 complimentary copies of the CD
ROM directory will be shipped this year.
